hi all...

i have a uk o2 Pay as u go firmware 1.1.2 iphone unlocked using the processes
found on the net.

i have had the phone for 2 weeks now everything was working fine when suddenly it doesnt charge anymore - from usb or from wall charger....

has apple turned some function off!!!!!!

i have tried putting the phone in restore mode but still itune or windows cannot recognize it. i tried uninstalling itunes, and apple mobile device service and reinstalling them.... no luck..

my iphone has like around 10% battery left and i am desperate to fix this problem...... not sure if any other o2 users have had the same problem. tried winscp to restore the lockdownd file to the original but cannot connect to it...

It's not a software problem, so don't waste your time. You need to get the iPhone repaired by Apple. It's obvious that the power management board is fried.

hi mate...

fried.... really i've only had the phone for 14 days....
quality not too good from apple..


will drain the battery and hopefully can get a refund from apple

quick question...

why wouldnt itunes or windows recognize the phone though..... even if its a powr fault the phone stills operates 100% i can still surf the net via wifi...etc etc
