Help - Major iPhone Melt Down
Hi,
Hope someone can help. I've been trying to unlock my iPhone and now a serious problem with the phone. I was installing the iUnlock.app using iNdependence 1.2.1 and had the phone open with JailBreak (was already activated). I installed the app using the SSH built into iNdependence and the icon appeared on my phone. I ran the app and the phone went straight back into being unactivated. I then tried to run iNdependence again to start the process but the phone was playing up a bit. I got the phone to start the Jailbreak process but at the point where the phone restarts after the restore, it now just starts with the apple logo and then spits out an endless string of code on screen for a few seconds, shuts down, restarts and does the same continually.
I cannot stop this unless I hold down Home and Sleep for about 20 seconds. If then try and start it up, the same thing happens. If I hold the Home button and put the phone in the dock, the message comes up "please connect to iTunes". I do this and it tells me I need to do a restore. I do that successfully and in the last 2 seconds of the countdown from iTunes that the phone will restart, it does the same again and spits out code on the phone screen.
I'm at a loss and think there is something very wrong. Here is supporting info:
Intel iMac
Independence 1.2.1
iUnlock
iTunes 7.4.1
iPhone 1.0.2
Does any one have any idea how to save my phone?
Cheers,
Dave
