Default Help with Leopard & iPhone!! Please!!

Hey guys. Congratulations on the great community this has become and I hope it keeps growing and growing. Well, let's cut to the chase:

I decided to upgrade to Leopard erasing my disk. I saved all my music and pictures but forgot to save my Address Book contacts and iCal events. I was able to recover my contacts via my iPod which I always kept up to date, but i never sync'ed my events to my iPod. Ok, question is:

In the iPhone directory (which by the way is full of my Calendar events), is there a file I can import to iCal so i can have my events sync'ed to my computer?

Thanks in advance and keep up the good work guys.

once you sync your iphone to your computer it automatically syncs all the information changed either on your computer or your iphone.
which means that if you added 3 new events to your iphone they will show up in ical after you sync then.
hope everything works out ok for you...
