I have a problem with my iPhone after i tried to unlock it. The touch screen is no longer working and i can`t connect it to iTunes get this error message:

"iTunes could not connect to the iPhone"iPhone" because an unknown errer occures [0xE80000023]."

I used the wiNstaller GUI hack for Windows.

Can anybody help me?

when i try to run the wiNstaller now the dialog screen shows this:

After this it just stops...
