okay, after installing a bunch of things, i was updating some stuff in installer, and when i went back to springboard, it soft-reset itself, but then when i slided to unock EVERYHING WAS GONE but i can still sunburst from the bottom right and access my applications, and instead of my carrier being at the top right it just says iPod.

i really REALLY REALLY dont want to have to restore, is there any way i can fix?

SSH into your iPhone and check where is the Applications folder

i cant ssh into the phone but when i open up iphonebrowser it shows the applications folder with the [root]
