I downloaded some program that starts with COMM... I don't remember the full name but after downloading it now my phone just freezes... I cannot turn it off nor do a manual reset because it will not get out of the main screen... Can someone help me as to how I can reset this phone or erase this progrm? I tried connecting it to the computer to manually remove the program with Brickr... but Brickr is not picking it up as connect


Please if someone knows what I can do I would greatly appreciate it
