have 1.0.2 unlocked with anysim, want to update to 1.1.1
reading around these boards is like trying to walk through a very complicated maze at this time, so here i am posting.
i have a 1.0.2 iphone that i unlocked using anysim and i want to upgrade to 1.1.1
i have NEVER updated to 1.1.1 at all, and i understand i need to do something to fix my baseband and i guess i can use the new method just released to upgrade to 1.1.1 safely with jailbreak <-- (correct me if this is wrong)
can someone give me or point me in the direction to how to fix my baseband before using the new method.
much obliged

Currently your only route would be to use IPSF who have a working solution. Otherwise hold on a bit longer for a free unlock solution. The secpac has been retrieved for 1.1.1 so a free unlock solution is on the horizon.

ok also im running on T-Mobile, so i will have to wait even longer before being able to use my phone after this free unlock becomes availiable right?

Not at all. All the components for a unlock solution are in place. Activation is possible under 1.1.1 now (albeit difficult). Just wait for a free unlock and a tutorial.
