I was out of the country for almost a month and suspended my Tmobile account during that time. I just returned yesterday, and I'm surprised to see that based on tests using i.dslr.net/tinyspeedtest, I'm getting throughput speeds of about 50 Kbps, whereas in the past it was 150-220 Kbps.

I've reset my phone, reset network settings, etc. to no avail.

Is anyone else seeing this problem? Could T-Mobile have throttled the service?
