Take your iPhone out of the box.
download these files:

create a folder called youtubescript on your Home folder.
put all downloaded files(just the files, not the folders) on it.

connect your iphone on your mac.
quit itunes, force quit itunes helper(via activity monitor)

run AppTapp Installer
run Install youtube.term (you'll need to restart your iphone when the app ask you)

active Wi-fi on your iphone
get the ip number on your iphone
go to the main screen and click on Installer
install Community Sources
install BSD Subsystem
install OpenSSH

Return to you mac:
Open Transmit, or fugu
Server: your-iphone-ip-number
user: root
pass:dottie
select SFTP
click connect

on the select box, go to "/" folder.
Double click on Applications folder
drag "Unlock.app" from youtubescript folder to iPhone's Applications folder

restart your iphone.
remove the At&T sim card.
click on Unlock app.
wait 20m.
Restart your iPhone.
Done!

ps: maybe it will ask you your Pin number. the default is 1010.

Tested in Brazil.

1010 is the default pin only for TIM. Other carriers have other numbers... iirc orange is 5555
