I had used Harro's 20 minute unlock gui...Did that one have any problems? I mean should I try to run this one over it? I sometimes lose my signal on tmobile, but i am not sure if thats due to the actual tower strength in my house, or due to Harro's unedited code he used in the original GUI...

Finally i just picked up my 4 gig iphone. Now, mind you that i'm like a little kid. Please explain to me what i have to do in detailed steps to unlock this phone for T-mobile. Ok i know we need to download the anysim 1.0.1 and ibrickr to jailbreak the phone. Is there any problems with ibrickr that i need to know about? If anyone has successfully unlocked it please post your instructions for this idiot. Thanks guys.

I unlocked with 1.0.

Even though it said unlock failed... it was unlocked after restart.

Mini Tutorial to unlocked (windowns XP SP2) (iTuens 7.054)

1-) Restore your iPhone (1.02)
2-) Use the iBrickr v(0.8) --->applications --->install the PXL --->browse applications
3-) upload anysim 1.01
3-) Settings-->General---->Auto-Lock---->Never
4-) see the icon of anySim in your iPhone
5-) Click in anySim
6-) Ok, you have a unlocked iphone
