i have found an other solution:

with the iphone configuration utility from apple you can make profiles for your iphone.

under "advanced" you can type your proxy server in and import it to your iphone.

works great I have access to every site (include https) and apps works too!

so, Push DOESN'T WORK when you have a proxy installed!

Just download this from apple.com
Enter settings in new profile. Put in the details about proxy address and proxy port in the respective field.
Install into ur iphone..
