sup peeps.. im really new to iphone and i would like it to be modified ( hack as i call , i can install apps or games ) and i have no idea were to start , i have no idea about jailbreaking or unlocking stuff.. pls help...

1. my fw is 03.14.08_G ( 1.0.2 right ) should i stick with this or should i upgrade?
2. i have 03.14.08_G what can you recommend on this fw? do i need to unlock or jailbreak ( no idea )
3. can i install apps/games in 03.14.08_G or i need to mod the fw first?
4. can you also guide me how to change themes?

1. stick with it if you want, doesn't matter, you only get a couple of new features.
2. Jailbreak, then unlock
3. Nothing to do with modding the firmware, just jailbreak.
4. I'm pretty sure theres a guide on this.
