I was just wondering if the German iPhone has the CE stamp on the back.
I'm thinking about buying an iPhone online, but if the phone hasn't got the CE stamp it might never make it to my door..... so that kinda makes all US iPhones out of the question...... right?

Yes, they do have a CE stamp on the back. A big one.

Yeah, they do have one, right under the IMEI/Searial/Copyright text...

But no worries, i have an US phone too. And i personally prefer the EU Spam free phone backs..

Do you have the sign TÜV with the CE on your german iPhone ?

Well, i own a 8GB US one... I just photographed that 4GB (!) T-Mobile one in a shop here... I dont remember each sign of it.

No, there is no TÜV sign on it.
I think the CE is only a conformance statement from apple, that the production process and the quality control is in accordance with the European regulations....
