I would wait for a proper version to come out. This is simply going to become vicious circle otherwise. The team are working on a friendlier version which won't cause the same problems as before. If you are unsure about this stuff then hold back and educate yourself before jumping into another unlock.

ok thats true, if jou are a noob jou should not begin with such a things like that, i would give you adviste to wait, but if you can´t wait (because of your work), you should use the new method from iphonesimfree.

Thats a good news. But even I would wait for anySIM to be updated. If possible, please provide tutorials for scenarios like.
1. If you have a unlocked 1.0.2 phone, do this
2. If a bricked iPhone after attempting to upgrade to 1.1.1, do this
3. A newly bought 1.1.1, do this.
Any thing missed out here?

I would not recommend this, everytime you mess with the unlock, you'll probably will reach the max unlocks stored in the Unlockcounter.
I don't know for sure, if this method will add one to your previous attempts.

I quote that!
I don't know you, but I'm sort of puzzled with all these different scenarios and right now I don't know what to do if I wanted to upgrade. According to which version of SW you're running and which baseband version you have and which SW you used to get there... there are different routes to take. I have a 1.0.2 unlocked with iUnlock and wouldn't know where to start right now.

There is no unlock counter, i´ve unlocked my iPhone about 6 times.
(with ericas unlock.app)

Sure about that? On some other forums I read there is, and it's set to 10 attempts/changes to the baseband for FW 1.0.2 and to 3 for 1.1.1
