A lot of people are saying they will wait until this is stable and won't install a leaked copy. But if you're on 3.9BL, the upgrade is completely reversible. You can do a DFU downgrade to 1.1.4, and then use ieraser + the 1.2 secpack to erase the baseband and downgrade that to 1.1.4. So if this is leaked with a jailbreak, I'm definately upgrading

No, along with the new SDK came 2.0 for the $99 dev guys. This is the real 2.0, not 1.2 this time.
