I would like this new firmware, and I would LOVE PWNED. But we will just wait and see. Whatever happens happens and I'm sure that before you leak some heavily legally protected software you gotta have your shit sorted out for apple and AT&T lawyers lol

Well our position towards warez of any kind is simple, if you post a direct link, which is illegal, you get banned and the thread/post deleted. No tollerance here. 1.2 beta ipsw links would be considered warez and delted, so here is no real danger for the forum. In any case you can be sure, if a ipsw appears on the net, it will more liekly appear in a place liek a torrent tracker or something, I guess 99% of the developer who ot the file are intelligent enough not to rapidgay or megafooload it and put it up in some forum of any kind.
DevTeam's and this forums purpouse is the extended path of knowledge and freedom in a legal frame, not the one of continous copyright infridgment by spreading betas or other warez around.
Pwnage tool is able to pwn 1.2, but we will not participate in any distribution of this ipsw file in any way, but seriously I am sure, someone else will do the job anyways, but on his own bill.
