    Default FightTheFruit - Online Petition

    http://www.FightTheFruit.com/

We at FightTheFruit.com believe that everyone should have the opportunity to be able to own and use the iPhone without the hassle of Apple's firmware upgrades. We're hoping to convince Apple to open up the iPhone and allow anyone to use it. If we get enough signatures and donations, we will personally deliver the signed petition to Steve Jobs himself!

I'm sorry, I'm just not following.... Excactly WHO forced you to upgrade your phone again? I mean, what is it excactly that you want? For apple to stop making updates? Everybody can stay at 1.0.2 if they want. Heck they coulda stayed at 1.0.0. So what is this for again? Because surely you cant actually be asking that apple make sure that their updates are compatible with EVERY hack and unlock out there, right?

It's for everyone who cannot get an iPhone because they are not on AT&T and don't want to go though the trouble of unlocking it because of the risks. This isn't just for the ones who stupidly upgraded.

Phones in general should be available to anyone who wishes to use them.

    1. this petition is worthless since half of the people sign with "Anonymous" and signing with "Steveblowjobs" doesn't help much either

    2. such a petition can only work if people sign it with their real name, eMail address and maybe the IMEI of their iPhone

    3. I highly doubt that such a petition will impress Apple

I'm not quite sure but...what are you looking for over here on Hackint0sh?
You own an iPhone but you didn't unlock it (of course, you have a valid AT&T contract, right?!). So what are you doing here? I'm curious???

What can't you "follow"? People don't make complaints about Apple "forcing" them to update, they make complaints about Apple selling half a million or more iPhones to people who can't use them. Selling half a million of iPhones to people and afterwards "bricking" them intentionally.

Please save us from your wisdom, unless you have something worth posting. Thanks.

All money raised will be used to help find a way to make the iPhone available to everyone who wishes to use one. Whether is be for legal actions or otherwise.

Bwaaaahahahaaa you from Nigeria?. give your head a shake, do you think Apple for a moment will even consider giving you 2 seconds of their time?. You have a choice:

    1. get an Iphone through a dedicated plan (if you are in a country that offers)

    2. get One Unlock and enjoy

    Donations, yeah right, sure..........
