After I set a new Customize theme, my phone got stuck and requiered a reboot. After rebooting my phone enters recovery mode and refuses to exit it. How can I save my settings (usage time, SMS) while it is in this mode?

Why don't you just use Ziphone or iLiberty or something similar to boot into Normal Mode? That way you won't have to do a complete restore.

I tried that but nothing would work. I ended up restoring a stock 1.1.4, pwned, and uploaded a custom 1.1.4. Im now synced up to my last backup.

I had a similar problem (see thread in Pwnage forum) and used iBrickr to resolve the problem. iLiberty+ would bring the phone out of recovery mode, but then it would go back into recovery mode at the next reboot.
