I use for my Proximus connection:
APN: internet.proximus.be
Username and Paswoord: empty

Works for me.

For Proximus: internet.proximus.be
No login or pas required.
Don't know for the other networks. But simply calling them and ask will solve your problem.

But is it true ... that only MOBISTAR and BASE use EDGE and PROXIMUS only uses UMTS/GPRS.
