Well I've looked around the web and this site to find any good discussions/workarounds for this problem and I haven't found any.

Whats happening is any time I am loading a web page on Edge (I myself am on T-Mobile but this has been reported from stock iphones as well) and someone trys to call me it rings twice and goes to a busy signal.

This is a HUGE problem for me and I would like to see if anyone has suggestions on how to either fix this or work around it. If anything I would like to see it go to voicemail. I know there are GSM settings that can be applied manually but I'm not familiar with them. Thanks for your help lets see if we get some good responses.
