Well my iphone cant accept inncoming calls, and other problems, so ima system restore and jailbreak via zigzag, only problem is that my cousin gave me his music collection and i dont have his music on my comp and i really love his music, so how can i back it up?

iPhone PC Suite was very simple to do backups with. I just used it to backup my contacts,etc. before upgrading my firmware. It was very simple, just use the system button and the backup option. It lets you choose exactly what you want to back up from your phone.
