Driving Directions could not be received

Hi all.

Haven't seen this problem mentioned anywhere else. Im using unlocked 1.02 and everything works except google maps. I can get the maps but when i ask for directions, I get 'driving directions could not be recieved'.

Has anyone else come across this, and if so, what did u do?

and did the Map Fairy sprinkle some pixie dust and make it alright?

Or did you do something to fix it? If so, what?

only fix ive read is to upgrade to 1.1.1

Is not a bug. You need input more details about your direction. Like "Norwich" in uk should input "Norwich UK"

I have an iphone version 2.1 and each time i try to use the maps i get this msg

driving directions could not be found between these locations

by the way the two locations are booked in my bookmarks so any idea!!???
