Exclamation Do you know this ERROR!?

I am trying to figure out why I can not upgrade my iphone from firmware 1.0.1 to 1.0.2. Every time I try, I get this message from iTunes "The iphone-unit <<phone>> could not update, there's not enough memory" It happens every time when I try to update using SHIFT+update=select the wanted firmware (iPhone1,1_1.0.2_1C28_Restore), it unpacks it...same second it is suppose to update the iphone the message above pop's up in iTunes.
There MUST be a logic way to figure out this!?

It's not a "virgin" phone, it came factory sealed with firmware 1.0.1 and I used: iBrickr 0.8, PACAY and wiNstaller (fast-unlock.pxl) to activate-unlock it. and now I can not update it!

    1. Why does it say "iphone-unit <<phone>>..."?
    2. Do ANYONE know how to help me I will be so happy (used hours and hours to figure this out)
