I mean, I dont really need itunes wifi and all those stuff so can i stick with firmware 1.02 and still be able to use itunes to sync my songs?
Or i'm forced to update?
I don't think apple with force you to do any updates. Well i hope not.

iTunes is very clear about asking if you want to update or not. If you say so, it won't even check for updates. I can't imagine what new features they could offer to make it worth my time to re-unlock my phone... It'd have to be pretty great stuff, and iTunes wifi is not gonna cut it for me!
Maybe when they release full flash support I'll think about it.
For starters, I can think of many things that would make it worth my while -- the resolution of that nasty SMS bug associated with flash messages, the iTunes/iPhone iCal psync issue, potential 3rd party app/widget support, Flash support?, the LANGUAGE and AZERTY keyboard support, the foreign dictionaries and T9/autocorrection features in other languages, additional SMS features that currently are not supported by the iPhone, support for foreign exchanges in the Stock app, the ability to disable EDGE and configure GPRS/3G account details, support for local country dialing formats that don't involve modifying configure files, correction of misleading or vague messages like "call fail" as opposed to "missed call" that don't involve having to modify 2 files, etc., etc..

Whilst the iPhone is far from the most advanced telephone that I've ever owned -- actually my previous phone and the one before that one were far more advanced than what I have now despite the 3 or 4 strong points that the iPhone has -- it's certainly the most exciting in the sense that there's always something new to tweak/change/modify/install/update that probably no other phone manufacturer in the world can claim. It's also probably one of the most frustrating and unsure phones in the world, since from one day to the next you never know whether or not you're completely get locked out of your phone as the result of a firmware (with BB flash) upgrade.
