Default Do I need to add lockdownd?

I successfully unlocked my phone 2 days ago and everything works great! I just want to make sure that upon a soft reset or an on the fly SIM swap, the phone stays unlocked. I have removed my SIM and replaced it and it goes right to T-Mobile so am i ok? I haven't tried to put a friend's in yet to try.

I used this method to unlock:

Do I now have to install lockdownd or another program to make sure the unlock stays? Or did the method I used already lock the unlock down? Thanks.

I figured I would see if my SIM still worked after a soft reset. A soft reset is when you hold down the power and home button until it asks if you want to power off right? So I did that. Turned it off. Then powered up to see the white Apple logo. Upon restart it found my SIM no problem! Does this mean my phone is locked down? Even a SIM wap and it would be fine? thanks guys.
