Disassembled, won't power on (via USB or Pwr button)
I'm assuming the device is either hung or cooked.. anyone encountered this?
(out of curiosity I did a complete disassemble following the ifixit.com guide - including separating the logic and comm boards.. they leave the battery connected in their guide as well)

hi mate
what tool did you use to open your iphone with???
if it wasn't made of plastic you run the risk of shorting a component as you open it up...

Cool I'll try disconnecting battery..
definitely didn't short anything opening it up (turned it off the last time just before removing the power ribbon/connector)

Same here, anyone else have this issue?
Battery fully charged?
Have you tried holding the power and middle button to see if it will go to restore mode? I will try it when I get home from work.
