Seriously, it's has gone far beyond ridiculous now.

Furthermore HIS claims that he doesn't charge for the software but rather he charges for support is absurd at minimal! I know plenty of people who are customer of his site (currently or formerly) and they all say the "support" sucks! His site lists support telephone numbers (UK offices as well as the new LA office in California)...when you call nobody ever answers the phone and instead you get some woman with a British accent on voicemail saying "the person you are calling is not here right now" lol...give me a break! Also email and live chat support is bad, people are rude to you, emails are never replied to, etc the list goes on and on.

i can't believe this guy/girl or whatever is still in business? things like this should not be allowed to continue. i liked the suggestion that it be turned into the police for being a terrorist.
