About LinkBacksI have a 1.1.1OTB (BL3.9) unlocked with anySIM that was upgraded to 1.1.2 and unlocked with anySIM 1.2.1u and then again upgraded to 1.1.3 (DevTeam soft JB) and unlocked again with anySIM 1.3 (with 4_03_03G baseband, so Google Locate Me is working). Everything's working fine.
I'm considering restoring with iTunes to the "official" 1.1.3 and jailbreaking/unlocking with ZiPhone 2.0, however, does anyone know what the advantage of this is? What's the difference between the "official" iTunes upgraded 1.1.3 and the soft upgraded 1.1.3 by DevTeam?
In other words, why should I go through the hassle of restoring and recustomizing the whole thing (AppSupport, UIPhoneformats) again?
I can't seem to find this information in any other thread...

Well, if you have soft updated and updated the baseband I would assume that there is nothing different than what you are currently running now...
