I've got a 1.1.2 (upgraded from 1.1.1) unlocked iPhone. Currently using it on USA T-Mobile.

I want to update to 1.1.3, but from what i've read, both jailbreaks have positives and negatives.

What I'd like to know about both:

1. Unlocks survive right?
2. Google maps? (Something about locateme/navizon making it work, clarification?)
3. What still has problems? (without using any fixes)
4. What still has problems? (after using fixes available)
5. Anything else i should know about the differences

1.1.3 = WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT.

DEV team's one
1.yes
2.yes
3.contacts syncing
4.none
5.Nate's is not stable as the dev's one

for me Nate's needed a lot more fixes and broke itunes wifi store, but I dunno if this is widespread or was just my iphone.

There's some talk that Nate's version also messes up the official 3rd party apps verification system (nikita) in 1.1.3

nates was too early........ even tho it was by two days or so

DEV team's one major problem is contact always crash.

are there any other problems with the dev team version, that can't/haven't been fixed? (email passwords not saving, sms not sending, etc.)

And does anyone know if the T-Mobile proxy hack still works?

All of these questions can be answered by reading pretty much every thread on the main page.

Nate's worked great for me. No problems what so ever. The only problem I see is the reports of Offical 3rd party apps breaking, not too worried about that because hopefully someone will release a fix or ill just roll-back and use the dev's team method.

PEOPLE:

NATE and DEVTeam is the same. they have the same concept and ideas.
(actually they use the same..)

ERRORS will be find in both release..so nothing diferent.

i just combined them and fix the iphone.

and about the "NIKITA" thing, this can be fix by patch soon,
so dont worry if you use NATEs.
