    Default Is it destroyed?

    Hey
I thinking about buying a Iphone of a person here in Sweden.
He has tried some kind of software unlucking I don't know what he has done yet. He hasn't done anything with the hardware.

But he is getting this screen in Itunes
    http://mega.tradera.com/759/52317759_2.jpg
And on the phone it says "PLEASE CONNECT TO ITUNES" with a yellow "!"
Has he done something wrong i guess. Can I fix it or is the phone destroyed?
If I can fix it how do I do it? I am a PC user

    Great regards
    Jacke

maybe. ask him if you can borrow it. take it home and make sure you have itunes 7.4
close itunes. stop itunes helper in processes in task manager.
    turn phone off
connect iphone to pc, and as soon as grey apple symbol appears hold both power button and home button down.(probably 20 seconds. the phone will reboot a couple of times)
when the yellow arrow comes up again restart itunes.
if it doesnt come up, keep itunes open, then try the phone reboot again using the power button and home button.

    it should restore!
