    Default bootstrap? desperate help needed please.

    i have tried a search but before i do anything i need help. i tried to install apptap on my 1.0.2 unlocked phone (not sure how) but it has come up with bootstrap. failed, see console log. also a yellow triangle with connetct to itunes.

    all i want is to virgin my phone and 1.1.1 it

    please please help. im not a wiz with the iphone yet.
