Hello I'm from Switzerland.
I just ordered last night one iPhone...with a foreign credit card to my friend's address in the US.
Today I got an e-mail that my order is being processed. Can I count on it that it will work? The processing date says: 6th of November, so this means it will leave there only on Tuesday...

has anyone tried paying with a prepaid visa card?

It won't work tomson I tried too, but they'll send you an e-mail later telling you that apple can't check information with banks out side the us.

Maybe thats just online then, cause i walked into the Apple store and used my Australian Visa and walked out with two iphones. Could just be online.

tomson, Do you check your order status? is that shipped or not yet shipped?

I waited for 3days, and my order status was not yet shipped then I got email from them claimed that they don't accept my credit card.

well I just checked the order status and it says: "Prepared for Shipment" and should be out on Nov. 5 and Nov. 6...man I can't believe this is soooo ridiculous. I just want ONE phone not like others 15 or 9...
Here in Switzerland they sell them, hacked, for about 1200 CHF, which is in US$ around 1000!!! (that's why I can't even get one...)


UPDATE: The Phone was shipped just about an hour ago...two accessories are still on "Hold"...I hope this is true...
