I Am New Here, I Had Asked A Friend To Carry An Iphone For Me,

He Got It - It Was A Christmas Gift For My Wife...i Was Too Exited To See The Phone - Before I Could Enjoy The Phone - I Discovered A Scratch On The Left Corner Of The Screen- As I Removed The Protective Plastic Cover - I Was Shocked To See - It Was A Crack- And I Tried To Switch On- It Does Not Function At All - What Should I Do - Should I Ask For A Replacement ,

Please Please Help
