Hi all,

First of all, sorry for asking this rather dumb question. I recently found out that there was a button on the iPhone's earbuds and I could use it to control the iPod program. However, it only allows me to play/pause the song. It would be awesome if I could jump to the next song by pressing it because right now, every time i want to change the song, i would have to pop the phone out of my pocket, which is sometimes annoying. So the question is whether it's possible to 'reprogram' that button?

:p Thanks, what a great find - I never knew there was a button. I have been cursing having to pull the plug or get the iPhone out of my pocket to be able to skip a track.

only found out about the button 2 weeks ago by accident.. then i realise it was in the manual.. felt foolish.... haha..

ugh your iPhone comes with a manual? Mine doesn't :O
