Can you guys restore to standard Apple firmware 2.2 in iTunes? If so, do it and then use Quickpwn.
A DFU restore to Apple standard fw 2.2 should work aswell and wipe out the remaining data from your testing before.

dude, I GOT IT. after three days of no-sleep, no-food. i got the solution to our problem. assuming you're a mac user,,,
I believe you have the custom_2.0 ispw file. (don't touch it now, just make sure you have it in your machine)
Now, download this first.. http://rapidshare.com/files/16643954...n_2.2.dmg.html
then download this.. (iPhone firmwire 2.2)
http://appldnld.apple.com.edgesuite....7_Restore.ipsw
Then open itunes and hit shift+restore and restore your iPhone with the fw we just dwnldd.
then of course you'd see emergency call screen.
now, run the first download (quickpwn 2.2)
then select your phone, and let it do the magic. just wait and follow whatever it says (it won't say much though, lol)
and then you'll see your phone up and running, but whoa! we have one more long (yet easy) step to go.
leave it as it is,
run itunes and again, shift+restore. now remember the custom ispw i mentioned earlier? yes, look for that one. and i promise you won't see not 1600 or 20 or 21 any other crap like that.
now just wait, wait, wait,,,, and celebrate. lol,
good luck, have fun
