As long as you are not buying a newly-stocked phone, it won't have 1.1.1. It won't be until a couple of weeks until every iPhone being sold has 1.1.1.

I have heard that apple is delaying orders so all newly sold iphones are 1.1.1 ??
-
this could be a dumb remark, but maybe not.
i think that the easiest way to know if the iphone factory firmware is 1.1.1, could be by looking at the box itself. i guess apple will add the WiFi Music Store logo to the iphone image in the cover of the box, they are way too proud about it.
just a thought.

I bought 4 today, 2 from apple store, 2 from at&t.
3 are 1.0.2, 1 is 1.0.0
The guy at the apple store told me that they try to keep 50 phones in stock and that they get new phones on a daily basis. Depending when apple starts shipping 1.1.1 phones it could show up next week.
