So i wan't to put comments on the appstore for cracked ipa,
But an error message say that i must own the application but 1 month ago before i update to 4.1 i was able to do that :s

Very simply, we don't help pirates here. Discussion of illegal activities is not encouraged here.

The only way you are going to be able to add comments on the legitimate Appstore is if you actually purchase the application.
