Correct, here the telcos use a complex system. You can dial

+54-xx-xxxx-xxxx or
xx-xxxx-xxxx or
xxxx-xxxx
and some other weird combinations and all of them work since I found iworld, back in 1.1.2.
For 1.1.1 I used another package "fix international" or something like that(do not remember exactly the name) that also worked.

Strange thing is that I did not patched the appsupport since updated to 1.1.3...

i already deleted the update file , why still have 200MB "Other Files" Show in the itunes ?

3. Customize and Summerboard will not work

NO FIX FOR THIS YET. The customization tool, Customize and Summerboad will NOT work properly after upgraded to 1.1.3. No fix for this until they have new version. For those who planned to upgrade to iPhone 1.1.3, it is highly recommended for you to remove these 2 softwares first.

4. Ringtone may not work properly

Add “http://sleepers.net/iphonerepo” to the Installer sources. Install the “1.1.3 Ringtone Fix” will help. And all the customize ringtones can work by using the MeCCA patch.

I have two questions: I have upgraded without removing Customize and Summerboard first (Nate True's instructions did not say a word about it). I have now successfully removed Customize but I can't remove Summerboard through Installer. What should I do? Just wait for the new Summerboard or try to remove Summerboard in some other way? And how would I do that?

What's the MeCCA patch? How do I get it and use it?

Not as easy as iWorld but it does work great for 1.1.3

Is anyone else, besides me, getting the SMS messages out of order? As long as I am in SMS messaging, the messages stay in order. But when I leave the SMS app and go back, I find them randomly out of order. This has happened on two 1.1.2 OTB phones that I upgraded to 1.1.3 jailbroken.
