Clueless Person Needs Help
I do not really know where this should go, so please move wherever it is appropriate.
Hi, I do not actually own an iphone but my aunt does.
(that iphone is hacked or something, I am not sure, so that she can use it)
So she told me that she updated some software but she backed up some of her files.
She has some files named "Calendar.sqlitedb" etc.
She actually managed to restore her phone numbers etc but she also needs her calendar.
So how can I open this "Calendar.sqlitedb"
She is using Win Vista
I am using windows7
I would really prefer to do something about it myself (such as converting it into an excel file etc) because it would be really hard for me to explain how to do it to her
thank you

If the iPhone in question has been updated and is still jailbroken, then install open SSH and copy the files onto the iPhone (taking care to set the permissions correctly) to overwrite the default files created by setting the iPhone up as new.
Or have i misunderstood the question?

if there is a way to see the contents of "Calendar.sqlitedb" Id rather learn that and tell her how to see her calendar on her computer
They dont necessarily need to be restored to the iphone

I've not seen a guide that explains how to extract the calendar database. Most people are interested in contacts or SMS.
There are plenty of sqlite3 database viewers, I would grab one and start digging around in the tables.
