    Question AT+CLCK="PN",0,"00000000" returns ERROR

Preforming the HW unlock everything runs fine until the very last step, This is what i get:

    AT S7=45 S0=0 L1 V1 X4 &c1 E1 Q0
    OK
    AT+CLCK="PN",0,"00000000"
    ERROR
    AT+CLCK="PN",2
    +CLCK: 0

Disregarding the ERROR i assumed the 0 on the last line meant i was good to go so i put the commcenter file back, restarted and iAsign acivated with my new SIM. All i get now is "No Service" in the top left bar and no carrier information in the options. I have tried multiple SIM's and restoring the phone but it still remains the same. Can anyone help me with this?
