I see a variety of cases and accessories selling online and so in many electronic shops.

Both leather case and silicon case are actually not suitable for iphone , as all of them are the same , inconvenient and not easy to use when it simply just get warm after a long period of usage as you need to take it out to make it cool. Furthermore, it changes the entire shape and design of the iPhone.

What about screen protectors ? Are they actually needed? Apple vowed that it is a scratchless glass, this is great but there is still a problem on it, fingerprints. Fingerprints are really irritating when you are surfing net, enjoying photos or even watching videos.
So i just simply buy a screen protector which prevents from both minor scratches and fingerprints. But i'm still worrying that the aluminium at the back might get scratched one day. And I cant find any protector kits which protects the back. There are several protectors selling here but they just dont match the design perfectly.

Does it actually scratch with the table when i put my phone on it ? I'm mentioning those table which are wooden ones, a bit rough in material. And what kind of situations only it will get scratched ? I'm concerned about this issue and hope everyone can tell me about this .

I'm taking good care of my iPhone , but should i still look for more protectors or something ?

you barely notice the skin is there and adds excelent grip to the phone. Best skin I've seen so far, far better than silicone ones IMHO

Do either of these skins require water to be put on the phone when u apply them??

and do they leave any residue when u take them off??

Yes, the back of iPhone is scratchable but you won't notice, believe me. However this is not the case with iTouch, as its back can be destroyed in seconds.

The glass isn't scratchable at all. I tried even a kitchen knife.

but the best skin ever doesnt provide a protector to cover the back right ?

im just concerned about the aluminium , not the front .

the gelaskin changes the face and its cool ....!! but i still prefer the original one.

This picture from their site covers the entire back of the phone?

I have the Contour Showcase for my phone. It's very durable. I dropped my phone numerous times and is dent and scratch free. The only downside of the contour showcase is that it adds a little bulk and the holster clip is a little flimsy.

Thats all fine and dandy but you still risk your phone being damaged if you drop it. Lets face it the iPhone isn't the sturdiest phone made it's very prone to impact damage. Those total body skins only protect against scratches and not impact. I'll choose impact protection any day.
