Run the 10 Steps from hacktheiphone.com

Than, put the new firmware 1.0.2 (can be found from ~/Library/iTunes), change the extension as zip, than extract it. Put all the stuff in phonedmg. Replace if promoted.

Remember, keep the existing files. Don't delete anything

Can I do it with firmware 1.0.2 already on, or I have to download 1.0.1/1.0.0 restore image to do that?

The 10 Steps will download the 1.0.0 restore image. and you may find the 1.0.2 image in your disk already. no need to restore the iphone to 1.0.1 or backwards

Never faced something similar before. Let me think of the solution. Is it saying sorry can't make it work or something?
