Cannot Drag Music in Itunes directly on Iphone
SO when I plug my iphone into itunes in order to get music downloaded to it, I have to create a playlist and then tell my iphone to sync that playlist, I cannot manually click and drag music onto my phone. Is there a way for me to be able to this with a jailbroken iphone? Does it involve the services.plist? Thanks for you help!

In iTunes, select your iPhone in the sidebar and select "manually manage music and videos" checkbox at the bottom of the window.
Then apply by clicking "Sync" (bottom right button) and now you can drag&drop on your iPhone's icon (in the sidebar) any content from your harddisk or from iTunes library.

That doesnt work, there is no such icon, I tried entering preferences mode, but it did not present a possible option

Make a playlist named "iPhone" (the name actually is up to you), put the music you want there and sync only that playlist.

What he says is the truth.
I spend some time until i figured out I could not do on iPhone the same drag-and-drop I do on my iPod. Although creating play lists sounds organized, i hate to keep selecting one under my 200+ albums, adding them to a dumb playlist and then, finally, synching it to iPhone. It's too much un-necessary work. But, oh well...
