I'm cancelling my ATT prepaid plan so I can keep using my ald Cingular SIM.

I know there are some cerficate/key/Other files that make Youtube and yahoo work.

I just don't know exactly which files I should keep.

I'm aware that after every restore a new set of files is created, but again, I don't know which files.


What I need from you is some guidance on what to backup from my current legit activated phone before I turn it into a hacked one.


I know that all those files will remain in my phone after I do the hacks, but I'm worried about having to restore the OS and be left without youtube.

What should I backup from my phone?



Another question is: what's the chance that apple would release an update that prevents all hacks from working?

i'd back up the Lockdown folder if you want Youtube/yahoo mail to work. You'll have to do a little c&ping to get it to work i think.
