Default Can you help me? please :)

I am not sure if the problem I am having is anything to do with the Rock update but a few days ago I launched Cydia and I had about 8 updates so I started the update and it all gone fine untill it got stuck trying to respring... it just kept spinning so i rebooted the phone and now it just gets stuck on the apple logo ... if i leave it for a few mins then it gets detected by itunes and I can acccess the file system with ifun box...but its only for around 2 mins of access before the phone reboots.

so my question is there anything I can do in the file system to sort the phone?...restoring is last option as I have alot of data I don't want to loose.

If anyone could help I would much appreciate it.

    Thanks.

You can backup a lot in two minutes! Especially if you script it.

This does not sound like the rock problem (which makes the iPhone shutdown during startup). It could be the blacksn0w bootloop problem. http://www.hackint0sh.org/f220/124913.htm
