Is there a feature in the Iphone settings that will let my turn of my sim temporarily but still allow Wifi? I am on the GoPhone setting for a $1 a day I use the thing, but I just dont want to be charged If I am not using it! Thanks!

Why don't you just take out the SIM when you aren't using it? You wont connect to the network and they won't know you were using it.
