Can I restore in itunes with unlocked 1.1.1
Hey so i got my iphone unlocked and everything working on firmware 1.1.1, and i did somthing to it so when someone calls it doesn't ring, it vibrates but doens't make any noise, even with the apple ringtones. So i was just wondering if i did a restore to 1.1.1 it'd be just fine unlocked with firmware 1.1.1 or if i I'd brick my iphone or anything.
thanks

If you used anysim 1.1 yes you can.. I upgraded to 1.1.1 from unlocked 1.0.2 and wasnt paying attention after I installed OS X 10.5 on my computer.. Well i hit the restore 1.1.1 in Itunes and it did it.. But the activation screen came back up and I had to activate and jail break again, but the anysim stayed functioning.

Check the silence switch on the left side on the iPhone.
If it has an orange dot, just slide it and it will ring again.

yeah i tried to do a lot of things, to get it back to work, but i think i changed something to one of the files in the iphone, and that is what is making it not ring. So if i do do a restore, all i have to do is activate and jailbreak? I won't have to downgrade to 1.0.2 and do the preupdate or anything? can i just use indepence 1.2.4 do activate and jailbreak again?
thanks for the quick reply

what i did to restore my unlocked iphone was this:
1. Downgrade (DFU Mode)
2. activate, jailbreak, ssh, pre 1.1.1 update
3. update to 1.1.1
4. activate, jailbreak (automatic), ssh
done, took me about 15 minutes and worked flawless
i used and still use iNdependence 1.2.4
hope it helps you
UPDATE: anysim 1.1 is restore resistent
