Can I delete an email account through WinSCP?
i made the mistake of adding a second email account which I hardly use, but i get hundreds of junkmails per day....i wanna erase it now, but every time i click on that account, the phone just freezes...if i click on my main one, i have the option of deleting it; but when i click on the AOL account which i actually wanna delete, everything freezes, and only thing i can do is reboot the phone
i wanna try deleting it through winscp...is it even possbile?

Same happened to my Gmail account. Apple sucks!
Get into the other email account's setting first, then step back to the list, and get into that AOL account setting.

Go to private/var/root/Library/Mail and you'll see folders representing each account.
Select the one you want to trash and boom !

I tried this method... but I still have Gmail listed in the Settings>Mail>Accounts and when I click on it, it hangs! What is it that I need to edit/delete to get that account out from Settings>Mail>Accounts? Please help!
