I'm trying to make a call abroad - but I only get the message "Call failed".

I've tried with both 00 (countrycode) and +(countrycode).

The phonenumber is not wrong - I can call from my telephone - it's only the cellular (iPhone) which not works.

I have this problem too, with T-Mobile. Normally, cellphones do not allow for international calling. However, my phone can receive international calls because , for some strange reason, it interprets them as local calls.

First, try to get the other person to call you and see if it works.

Second, you might have to add an international plan to your phone. (If such a plan exists)

Does your phone plan allow for international calls? I make them frequently on an iPhone without issue. What country you dialling?
