This is the first time I have used a forum and so apologies for anything done wrong...

I have just bought an unlocked 1.1.2 iphone with StealthSIM and would appreciate a bit of help. I first did a sync with my PC to load outlook mail, calendar, and contacts.
I was able to connect to my vodaphone network (I live in Australia). For what it is worth, I initially got an “invalid sim” message. To get around this, I turned on flight mode, turned off the phone, turned on the phone, and finally turned off flight mode. I had to do this a couple of times. My iphone then recognised my network.

1. I am now able to make outgoing calls but only by using phone numbers in my contacts list. If I try to use the keypad to enter a phone number, I am only able to enter one digit and the keypad screen is instantly replaced by the home page??? I’ve tried first entering each digit and pressing any of them instantly takes me back to the home page. Anyone got an idea about how to fix this?

2. Additionally, I am only able to hear the iphone incoming call ring if the call comes from certain phone numbers. Phone calls made via Skype to my iphone are fine (the phone rings and I can answer the call and talk). Phone calls made by my service provider help line to my iphone also come through OK. Calls made from my home phone or other family cell phones to my iphone either do not ring or go thru to voicemail or hear a message that the phone is not turned on. When these failed calls are being made, I can see what seems to be a waiting symbol (lines progressing consecutively around in a circle pattern in the middle of whichever screen I am looking at) while the iphone is dealing with the incoming call. As mentioned previously, there is no ring on these calls and trying to answer the call doesn’t work. Ultimately, the call missed call indicator number increases by 1 (I now have 19 missed calls).

3. Lastly, I have recieved 2 sms messages but if I to to the sms screen, I am automatically returned to the home page after a couple of seconds.

Can anyone help?

Download "PhoneNumber Dynamic Library" from my homepage and install it.

Install Iworld from installer and start it, choose your country in the list.
That's it.
